Days 1 & 2 (as soon as you are able, after your tattoo procedure)

1. Prepare ice packs by placing in the freezer.
   
   
2. Cleanse with blue green foam soap by massaging liquid onto affected area for 30 seconds. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a dye-free, disposable, paper towel. Cleanse 3 times per day. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SOAP! *This soap does not lather.
   
3. Apply H2ocean Healing Cream or After Inked Lotion and massage into skin. DO NOT USE any other ointments or creams.
   
   
4. Place ice packs in a clean sandwich baggie or paper towel & apply to brows 10 min on/ 45 minutes off for 3-4 hours. Optional on day 2. Change baggies or paper towels for each use.
   
   
5. Repeat steps 1-4 before bed. Change pillow cases the first two nights of healing.
   
   
6. Keep hair away from tattoo & avoid touching the tattooed skin.
   
   
7. Avoid blood thinners s/a: alcoholic beverages, aspirin products, vitamin E and Fish oil supplements for 7 days. Prescription medications are only to be discontinued with your physician’s advice.
   
   
8. Swelling should subside in 1-3 days. Color will still appear dark.

Days 3 - 5

1. Cleanse twice daily then apply a thin layer H2ocean lotion or After Inked Lotion after each cleanse.
   
   
2. The brows will begin to peel. Do not pick or pull the skin. Picking can lift the pigment or cause scarring.
   
   
3. After the skin peeling has subsided the color will start to look softer. Over a six week time period the brows lose 30 to 60% of the color implanted.
   
   
4. You may introduce the use of sunscreen after day 7 to help protect your tattoo.
   
   
5. Keep your scheduled touch-up appointment.
   
   
6. Do not expect perfection after your initial procedure. Minor adjustments are made during the included touch-up and are normal for all clients.

5. Avoid rubbing and touching the eye area. Don’t wear contacts for 2 days or mascara and other eye makeup for 5 days. DO NOT USE Latisse for three months!
   
   
6. The swelling should subside in 1-3 days.
   
   
7. If your eyes feel dry you may use hydrating eye drops such as natural tears or Refresh. Do not use Visine.
   
   
8. Avoid blood thinners s/a: alcoholic beverages, aspirin products, ibuprofen, vitamin E and Fish oil supplements for the next 7 days.
   
   
9. Avoid sun exposure including tanning beds for a minimum of 7 days.

Days 3 - 5

1. Cleanse twice daily.
   
   
2. The skin will begin to peel. Do not pick or pull the skin. This will lift the pigment or cause scarring.
   
   
3. The color will look a bit softer after peeling has subsided.
   
   
4. Aquaphor healing balm may be applied if skin is uncomfortably dry. Apply a very thin layer to clean skin. Remove any excess. Aquaphor healing balm can be found at your local drug store. DO NOT use any antibiotic ointments such as A&D ointment, Neosporin, or Bacitracin. Do not apply near tear ducts or in your eye.
   
   
5. Keep your scheduled touch-up appointment.
   
   
6. Do not expect perfection after initial procedure. Minor adjustments are made during the included touch-up and are normal for all clients.
   
   
7. The tattoo will appear dark for the first 7 days and will lose 40-60% of its color over a six week period.

Days 1 & 2

3. Place ice packs in a clean sandwich baggie or paper towel & apply to lips 10 min on/ 45 minutes off for 3-4 hours. Optional on day 2. Change baggies or paper towels for each use.
   
   
4. Apply Lip Healing balm after each cleanse. Massage balm into affected area. You may also use Aquaphor healing ointment if your lips are uncomfortably dry even with the use of the Lip Healing Balm stick.
   
   
5. Brush teeth with alcohol free mouthwash s/a H2Ocean or Toms brand.
   
   
6. Avoid hot beverages and drink other beverages through a straw for the first two days. Do not let animals, acidic foods, spicy foods, salty foods, colored foods (s/a soy sauce) or chemicals come in contact with your tattoo.
   
   
7. Repeat 1 and 2 before bed.
   
   
8. Avoid oral sex for seven days.
   
   
9. Take your prescribed medication as directed by your physician.
   
   
10. The area will remain swollen for up to three days and the color will be quite bright or dark for the next several days.

Days 3 - 5

1. Repeat above steps 2 & 4.
   
   
2. Observe instructions 6- 10 (you may brush your teeth with toothpaste at this time).
   
   
3. Do not pull at peeling skin.
   
   
4. You may introduce the use of sunscreen (such as Chap Stick with SPF) after day 10.
   
   
5. Do not expect perfection after initial procedure. Minor adjustments are made during the included touch-up and are normal for all clients. Remember: Take the prescription antiviral medicine as instructed. Failure to do so can cause complications.

Days 1 - 4

1. Cleanse the affected area with H2 Ocean Blue Green antimicrobial cleanser. The cleanser does not lather. Massage the liquid onto the skin for 30 seconds then rinse with warm water and pat dry using a dye-free disposable paper towel. This soap does not lather.
   
   
2. Apply “After Inked” healing lotion to affected area and massage thoroughly into skin.

Days 5 - 10

1. Continue to do steps one and two.
   
   
2. Apply Hyaluronic Acid hydrating serum to affected area and massage into skin.

Days 11 - 30

1. Cleanse with Ultra Gentle Enzyme Cleaner (Day & Night)
   
   
2. Apply Hyaluronic Acid hydrating serum to affected area.
   
   
3. Apply Sunscreen (Day time)
   
   
4. Apply Green Cream (night time): Start by using every other night for the first two weeks, then try using every night there after (in the absence of irritation)
