Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, personal checks, gift certificates and cash. We cannot accept gift certificates as payment for appointments forfeited by no show. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Future appointments will not be booked unless any delinquencies are satisfied. Other policies posted inside at Dermagrafix.

Policies: We ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation courtesy if you are unable to attend your appointment. We require a credit card to book any spa service over one hour. Same day cancellations are considered "no shows" and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service(s). Please know that we do not wish to inconvenience any of our guests, however, we can make no exceptions.
